Automation and AI has already impacted the working class. Mass layoffs, building closures are a direct affect of automation and AI. This will not only impact our members but it will also impact local unions and their ability to function. We need to protect our members and the local unions. Amending article 10 in the Teamsters constitution will help us do that.
