So glad you're here! I am also thrilled to have found a way to re-frame and continue the ever important conversation about standing up for oneself.

In this episode, I explain my early adolescent experiences with & understanding of confrontation. I then go on to talk about how I began to take ownership and shift how I view confrontation in my early adulthood. Many of these realizations are happening real-time and are what prompted me to bring this topic up again.

I hope my story helps everyone it is supposed to, by empowering you to take control of your mind. I also hope it helps you to not feel alone in your experiences. I know I have felt alone a lot and probably will again. But my whole life & sharing it on the internet is a constant reminder that I can choose the truth when my feelings lie to me.
