MY WHOLE JOURNEY EXPLAINED !!! (FINAL PART)

This is the final part of my kidney transplant journey.

After months of weakness, dialysis sessions, hospital stays, and moments where life felt uncertain, I finally reached the day that changed everything — my transplant day.

During this journey, I also got diagnosed with Hepatitis-C. It was another unexpected challenge, another set of strong medicines, and another test of patience. But I kept going — because stopping was never an option.

My mother gave me her kidney — the greatest gift anyone can ever receive. And throughout this journey, my family stood like a wall behind me. My phuppi, uncle, and their daughter supported me like their own. Their love, time, and strength helped me move forward every single day.

This journey taught me patience, faith, and the power of staying strong — no matter what life throws at you. Today, I’m here because of prayers, family support, and hope.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of this story. And now, my journey continues — but with a new life, a stronger me, and a mindset to never give up.
