Rush Hour and High Speed GO and VIA Trains at Long Branch GO Station

In early August on a humid Tuesday afternoon, I took the GO train to my old stomping grounds, Long Branch. Long Branch is located on GO's Lakeshore West line, around 10 miles to the west of Downtown Toronto. It's also just to the west of GO's Willowbrook Maintenance facility located in nearby Mimico. Not much has changed here in nearly 6 years since I have been to this station, but changes are imminent, since this station is nearly 50 years old come next May!
I visited Long Branch for 2 hours during the evening rush hour, but caught a number of trains from both VIA and GO. I only filmed a handful of the several trains, since I was running low on battery. Lots of friendly crews that evening from both railroads. Also caught a number of brand new GO Bombardier Cabcars, that are slowly being used more and more in revenue trains.
All September long, I'll be posting videos from around the Toronto area (GTA) featuring GO, VIA, UP Express, Amtrak, CN, and CP trains! During my trip, I also crossed the border to Buffalo, New York. Lots of great CSX and Amtrak there as well! Stay tuned!
