Det. Cassandra Ynclan of Chandler PD continued her testimony on Day 6 of the Lori Vallow Daybell murder conspiracy trial. She was cross-examined by the defendant regarding her cooperation after the shooting of her then-husband, Charles Vallow.
Tuesday marks Day 6 of the murder conspiracy trial. Lori Vallow Daybell is accused of plotting to killer her former husband, Charles Vallow. Prosecutors allege the motive for the crime was insurance money.
On Monday, an employee of Banner Life Insurance took the stand as a recording played, hearing her tell Vallow Daybell she was not Charles' beneficiary immediately following his death.
Prosecutors only have a handful of witnesses left before they rest their case. After that, it's the defense's turn.
During a brief hearing, prosecutors said they believe they could rest their case by Thursday, April 17.
