M/S as King Edward VIII (later Duke of Windsor) walks along with his mother Queen Mary and Prince Albert, Duke of York, (later King George VI), also possibly Prince George, Duke of Kent. L/S as clergymen file to the Cenotaph. M/S as one walks up to give the address. L/S of members of the Cabinet lined up. M/S of the King, he lays a wreath then salutes. Prime Minister Stanley Baldwin follows him.
Various archive shots of soldiers in trenches and guns being fire imposed over the Cenotaph. M/S as the soldiers walk along, M/S of the graves. M/S of Guards standing and band playing while the crowds sing a hymn, the camera pans across them all to the Cenotaph. The King walks forward. M/S of Queen Mary, Duchess of York (later Queen Elizabeth, the Queen Mother) and Princess Mary on balcony. M/S as the camera pans across Stanley Baldwin and members of the Cabinet. Various shots as people march along to "It's a Long Way to Tipperary' and "Pack Up Your Troubles in Your Old Kit Bag". They lay wreaths on the Cenotaph.
