This is showing how to remove the speed limiter from a VW Caddy to Transporter using a diagnostic tool, most decent tools will do it and alway done in the same way, we have tested Topdon,Autel,VCDS,Launch.
Go into engine ECU pick security access , enter code 27972and then enter, then go to adaptations, then pick individually adjustable top speed limiter , change it to 299 or 199 which ever it will allow and press enter.
If you dont do security access fist it will lock you out, lock it up for 15 min and try again.
