Disclaimer: I am not a trained yoga teacher nor am I an expert in stretching however I have been practicing for 10+ years and have trained with top facilitators of yoga so any knowlege I have has come from some of the best. A reminder not to push your body beyond what it is comfortable doing, take these stretches slowly and ease in to them. If you are aiming to become more flexible, it is important that you also do some strength/resistance based training and keep cardio healthy alongside stretching to ensure muscle and ligament health - espeically if you have hypermobility.
*FYI: I am new to uploading content to the internet, so I don't have any fancy equipment as yet. I do plan on improving my camera quality and getting a microphone in the near future, but thank you for bearing with me until then*
