To use EZ Frame Plus software, you need to enter the ACTUAL radius of your bender which is ALWAYS slightly larger than the radius of the bender block. This video describes how you calculate the actual radius for your bender. Each bender, each type of tubing and each tubing diameter produces a different actual radius. You can use this also to calculate the radius of your crowning blocks if that is what you use to crown tubing.
