Minooka is a village in Grundy, Kendall, and Will counties, Illinois, United States. The population was 10,924 at the 2010 census, up from 3,971 at the 2000 census. The village is part of the Chicago metropolitan area. The Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railroad served the town at Minooka Station.



Shorewood is a village in Troy Township, Will County, Illinois, United States. The population was 7,686 at the 2000 census, and estimated to be 15,615 as of 2010.



Joliet is a city in Will and Kendall counties in the U.S. state of Illinois, 30 miles southwest of Chicago. It is the county seat of Will County. At the 2020 census, the city was the third-largest in Illinois, with a population of 150,362.



Mokena is a village in Will County, Illinois, United States. The population was 18,740 at the 2010 census. The Census Bureau's 2019 estimate found that the population had increased to 20,159.



Tinley Park is a village located in Cook County, Illinois, United States, with a small portion in Will County. The population was 56,703 at the 2010 census. It is one of the fastest growing suburbs southwest of Chicago. In 2009, Tinley Park was selected by BusinessWeek as the best place to raise a family in America. In 2017, Tinley Park was listed as one of the 50 safest cities in America.
