Barbara Eden is a film and television actress and singer who is best known for starring as the title role in the sitcom I Dream of Jeannie. Eden made featured appearances on television shows such as The Tonight Show starring Johnny Carson (as "Barbara Morehead" and "Barbara Huffman"), The West Point Story, Highway Patrol, Private Secretary, I Love Lucy, The Millionaire, Target: The Corruptors!, Crossroads, Perry Mason, Gunsmoke, December Bride, Bachelor Father, Father Knows Best, Adventures in Paradise, The Andy Griffith Show, Cain's Hundred, Saints and Sinners, The Virginian, Slattery's People, The Rogues, and the series finale of Route 66 playing the role of Margo plus much more!

Bill Daily is an American comedian and dramatic actor, and a veteran of many television sitcoms. He is best known for playing astronaut Roger Healey on I Dream of Jeannie and commercial airline navigator Howard Borden on The Bob Newhart Show Television executives liked Daily's clean-cut looks and superb comic timing (due to his brief role as Steve Allen's announcer/sidekick on his daily syndicated talk show in 1964), so by the mid-1960s he earned guest spots on sitcoms like My Mother the Car, The Farmer's Daughter, and Bewitched. Veteran sitcom writer Sidney Sheldon noticed Daily in one of his myriad small roles, and decided that he would be perfect for a character in his new sitcom, I Dream of Jeannie!
