This is a Doll 365/3 that I purchased on line. It’s pretty much intact except for the smoke stack which looks like it’s been shortened or is from another engine. In looking at the heater it appears to have been added by a previous owner. Originally I thought it was a factory installed part, the design of the heater coil appears to be very old.
I will get started on the restoration of this engine when I finish a Marklin 4158/91/7 that I bought as a basket case and have been slowly collecting parts.
