With tensions over North American trade issues running high between Ottawa and Washington, the U.S. Trade Department opened three days of public consultations.
Multiple business and policy groups clamoured for a spot to be heard, urging the Trump administration to not scrap the North American free trade deal.
The West Block’s Ben Mulroney spoke with a Canadian trade representative, who joined hundreds of others jostling to be heard in the U.S. Capitol.
