The Urban RVers visited Scott, La., the Boudin Capital of the World, in search of—you guessed it—the best boudin!
Boudin is a favorite food in Cajun country. We love our boudin in South Louisiana. While it wasn't a blind taste test, we had fun and hopefully shared some insight into the what makes great boudin.
