For our second official cook on the Recteq Flagship 1100, we went with smoked pork belly and used it to make mouth watering street tacos. This is an absolutely fantastic (and easy) recipe that adds a Mexican flair to the smoked pork using soft flour tortillas, a sour-cream-based sauce with a kick, and a Mexican-style slaw that creates the perfect combo. Of course, the smoked pork belly was amazing all by itself as well. We continue to get more experience on the nuances of the Recteq Flagship as we move towards a final one-on-one competition with the Weber Searwood.
