Omar and Sherry…. April 2024 I had this song written for Omar’s birthday. I wanted to give him something really special and something that symbolized my feelings for him. This has been a very long time coming. We dated as young teenagers; he was 19 and I was 17. Hindsight is 20/20. You always try to imagine what would have happened if life didn’t start lifing, and we could have remained together. Out of our control we were forced to separate and Omar moved back to Pennsylvania.
