Portland, Oregon Weather Latest: Our Weather Impact Alert continues today for high water locations largely tied to river flooding. Most area rivers will fall below flood stage by noon today. Scattered showers continue in the forecast Saturday and Sunday will see rain at times. No large storm systems on the 7-day through Christmas Day.
