Zilo and Hopscotch: Play Pretend (Animated Music video|)

"The story of a girl "Zilo" joined by her trusty companion "Hopscotch" blinded by her dellusional love for a boy in her school."

This animation took a lot of inspiration from early 2000's animation along with cartoons like "Okko lets be heroes" and "Charlie Browm". Not only is this one of my first animations to include 3D animation, but it's also one of the first times I use my very own original characters. The inspiration of the character designs came from Jomm's song "Play Pretend". I could see how they'd look and what kind of animation style to go for. Jomm is a very underrated and talented person, and I reccomend you guys go check out some of his music!

As for the future of Zilo & Hopscotch, their fate lies in your hands. If this video does very well, reaching at least 100k or more views, and if this is something you'd want to see more of, I wouldn't mind working on a fully animated pilot episode. If I were to make a full episode in this case, you can say that this video is merely test footage. Appriciate you tuning in, and as always, I thank God for everything I was able to accomplish! ^^
