Very light Downwind Session 6-8kts | Axis Zhik PPC

New board and foil to test, result? Both excellent.

It Turns out this is the V21300 PNG from Axis!

The foil was excellent, it’s a biggy but not too biggy and will get you downwind in the lightest conditions, as you can see here! It’s very well rounded with a good speed range whilst maintaining great turn.

If you're still on the V1 version of the 1300 it's probably now time to sell it along with your red fuse and go pick up the 1300V2!

Being on the black fuse now makes this foil a no brainer! And lets face it the 1300V1 has had a great innings... It's been a great foil for the past 5 years! and Boy was it ahead of its time at an aspect ratio around 10! no wonder we all learned on it!

This foil being 5 years younger and up to date means it has all the "mod cons" Its incredibly civilized and well rounded. Gone are yesteryears bad habits. Want to get a tip out? No problem!

The board is also slick (sick) excellent glide and soft release from the water, balanced and well proportioned, a great match up.
