Another world war?

The ongoing invasion of Ukraine by Russia makes our hearts weary when we think about how brutal mankind can be toward each other. It makes us long for a time without war, where peace will prevail and where everyone can live without fear. Is this a realistic scenario, or is it just a pipe dream? Perhaps the Bible has something to say about it.
