☻Hi guys, here is my 4th video and it's of my Los Angeles Studio Apartment. I've been living here now for about 2 years and the total rent for this apt is $1,050. When we first moved in here (My BF and I that is) the rent was around $950. All apartments I've lived while in LA have always had a price increase after 1 year of living there so this one is not the exception. Although this is a small space I truly love it for what it is. A small organized and more importantly affordable space within Los Angeles. There are not many affordable options here in LA as I'm sure most people now know by the countless of videos on the subject. I hope you can see this is another side of that's affordable here in the city of Angels☻
