Living across the accident property "Entertainer living in the accident property". Since then, he has lived in as many as 13 accident properties. 1982年・兵庫県生。事故物件を渡り住む 〝事故物件住みます芸人〟。 現在までに13軒もの事故物件に居住。 2018年には、それらの活動をまとめたノンフィクション 「事故物件怪談 恐い間取り」(二見書房刊)を上梓。 「恐い旅」「事故物件恐い間取り2」と併せ、自著が 累計30万部を突破するベストセラー作家に。 2020年には同書を原作とした映画「事故物件 恐い間取 り」が公開され、興行収入30億円を突破する大ヒット。 現在では、ラジオ・テレビ・インターネットと、様々な メディアで幅広く活躍を続ける。
