EEG: Structured protocols in new version of Neuron-Spectrum.NET

In the new version of the program, we've improved a protocol template for creating EEG examination reports. There are some new features:

— Parameters are selected from the drop-down list and immediately inserted into the protocol;
— New color marking makes the EEG report visual and readable;
— Dozens of phrases describing typical EEG patterns added to the updated glossary. The glossary can be supplemented with custom phrases;
— Flexible configuration allows you to change templates, add your own parameters and colors.
