Steph's Cajun Seasoning Recipe:
small batch, you can double or triple it and store in a glass jar.
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp fine kosher salt (or table salt)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp thyme
to make taco seasoning use same seasonings but add 1 tsp of cumin.
