We spent a peaceful week in Beth's house in Herefordshire. I arrived stressed and left totally relaxed. It was a gentle quiet time spent enjoying walks in green fields, sitting in the wild flower garden and the occasional sneaky swim. We sat outside and enjoyed a fire under the stars and also some tasty pizza. We woke to the sound of birdsong and left our worries at home.
