not sure if it was just a good egg replacer or what but this recipe was so good!
this was my first time using the Bob's red mill egg in a while & I wondered if they changed their recipe because it seemed so fluffy idk!
*also used maple syrup in place of honey!
*next time I will add more lavender & more lemon definitely! would've preferred a stronger flavor personally

I followed the recipe pretty closely but halved it to fit my little ramekin & the amount of pastry I had left.
*next time I think I will use the same package of chicken but add frozen peas or lentils to stretch out the protein to a full-sized pot pie (idk if that makes sense lol but as a way to make it cheaper/healthier)
