HOW TO MAKE A REFRESHING WATERMELON SUPERFOOD | COOK WITH ME | Grocery shopping in Luxembourg

Hello everyone,


Our oven got broken, just before the weekend! But we still feeling hungry and as I don't like to stay at the cooker, I had to make no oven and no cooker plan B. No, not a take away.
It's perfect timing for refreshing food, luckily is almost summery here (with the showers sometimes!) so in this video I will show you a super tasty, no meat dinner idea, for those hot summer days on when the oven is broken.
It's a mouth-watering watermelon, fennel, apple and goat cheese sandwich, almost desert!

But first I'll take to you to the grocery shopping, I thought I never showed you the shop here in Luxembourg, because I am not very confident to film the public places.

Match and Smatch is a Luxembourgish chain, you can't see those shops outside the country. As we have very small fridge and limited pantry space, I am coming here usually twice a week.
Luxembourgish market and the food industry are very tiny thin, hence products here are heavy globalised, and mainly are coming form Germany, Belgium or France, therefore is always nice to find a local production, which is labeled with the Luxembourgish flag...
