I'm still looking to get a different rapier (not sure exactly what I want yet) and upgrade my earring to something with at least a gem slot, refreshment II, refreshing move, and ideally refreshing recovery, but I'd take healing heart or regeneration or refreshing toast as a third perk there. There are two named earrings on the PvP track that can drop with that combo, so I'm just grinding that with my fingers crossed for now.
