For Basic chocolate sauce,

Ingredients,
4 Tbsp powdered sugar
2-3 Tbsp cocoa powder
½ Cup milk
1 Tbsp salted butter
Method,
1) In a saucepan, add cocoa powder , powdered sugar and mix them well.
2) Now add milk to it and mix them really well.
3) Turn on the flame to low and cook it for 5 minutes while keep stirring.
4) The chocolate sauce is thicken up, Now add butter to it and mix it up.
5) Cool it down and Top where ever.
