This is my recipe for super moist butterless banana bread. If you are looking for a perfectly moist healthy banana bread with oil, try my no butter banana bread. #Chichabon #BananaBread

Ingredients (makes 2 small loaves*):
370g or 4 large Ripe bananas
370g Brown sugar
163g or 3 large Eggs
208mL Milk
208mL Oil
370g Bread flour
¼ tsp Salt
9g or 2 tsp baking soda
*I use 7¾” x 3¾” x 2½” loaf pans and fill each of them ¾ of the way full with about 850g of batter. For a 8½” x 4½” x 2½” loaf pan, fill with about 950g of batter.
