2. Waist: 24-30 inches (61-76 cm)
3. Length: 20-25 inches (51-63.5 cm)
4. Shoulder slope: 2-3 inches (5-7.5 cm)
5. Sleeve length: 22-25 inches (56-63.5 cm)

Cutting Steps:

Bustier Blouse:

1. Cut FL and FR with a curved neckline.
2. Cut a princess seam (from armhole to bust).
3. Cut a busk line (straight or curved).
4. Cut boning channels (narrow strips).

Sleeves:

1. Cut SL and SR as bell-shaped pieces.
2. Cut a curved cap sleeve shape.
3. Cut RP as a rectangular piece.


Sewing Steps:

1. Sew FL and FR together at sides.
2. Sew BL and BR together at sides.
