In this video, Jason Shapiro of Crowded Market Report discusses the key to succeeding as a trader and becoming profitable. It is not about predicting the future of a market but rather finding trades where the risk/reward ratio is in your favor. This means finding trades where the payout is higher than the amount you will lose on the trade. For example, having a 35% win rate can result in a positive return as long as the reward/risk ratio is in your favor (ex. 4:1 payout). However, there is also a higher chance of losing streaks, so risk management and discipline are essential.
