LEBBEKE : Stationsstraatkermis

Zoals jaarlijkse gewoonte, trokken we deze namiddag naar de braderie van Lebbeke. Het was er vandaag op Halfoogst, opnieuw op de koppen lopen.

Het kermisgebeuren centraliseert zich vlak bij het station. Vandaag installeerden handelaars in de Stationsstraat hun kraampje, kwamen er foodtrucks langs, en zijn er zomerse drankstanden. Reus Basken flaneerde door de straat, maar dat hebben we spijtig genoeg gemist. De rommelmarkt zorgde voor extra belangstelling.
De zon was ook van de partij, dus het was een uitstekend dagje om daar een kijkje te gaan nemen.

Op het cultuurerf werd er gefeest op en om een kleuterparcours en een blotevoetenpad. Kinderen, klein en groot, konden er meebouwen aan een speeltoestel van maar liefst tachtig meter lengte. De bib organiseerde er zijn jaarlijkse boekenverkoop .

Eng: As is our annual custom, this afternoon we went to the fair in Lebbeke. Today, on Half Harvest, it was once again a busy day.

The fair is centred on the station. Today, traders set up their stalls in the Stationsstraat, food trucks passed by, and there are summery drink stands. Reus Basken strolled down the street, but we missed that, unfortunately. The flea market provided extra interest.
The sun was also out, so it was an excellent day to go and have a look.

At the cultural site, there was a party on and around a toddler track and a barefoot path. Children of all ages were able to help build an 80-metre-long playground. The library organised its annual book sale.
