For over 45 years, Hospice of Redmond has been rooted in the Central Oregon community, committed to providing compassionate care where people need it most: in their homes. Founded in 1979 by a dedicated nurse and doctor, our mission has always been to ensure community members can have the care and quality of life they desire.

The Evolution to ClearPath Healthcare

We are proud to announce our official transition to ClearPath Healthcare. While our name is changing, we are the same local, nonprofit, community-rooted partner you have always trusted. This new identity reflects our expanded vision to offer a clearer path to comprehensive care for Central Oregonians.

Expanding Our Services to Meet Community Needs

In addition to our renowned hospice services, we are strategically expanding to bring much-needed In-Home Primary Care to patients who struggle to access traditional clinic settings.

Our Full Spectrum of Support Includes:

•In-Home Hospice Care: Supported by an interdisciplinary team.
•Transitions Program: Case management for those with serious illness.
•Veteran Support: Honoring our veterans with bedside pin ceremonies, dedicated volunteers, and an on-site Veterans' Wall where the Honor Guard plays Taps every third Wednesday.
•Comprehensive Community Support: Including bereavement services, grief support in schools, and our children's Camp Sunrise.
•Pet Peace of Mind: Helping patients keep their beloved pets at home.
