This full-body strength class is designed to challenge and tone your entire body, with a special focus on arms, back, and core. You'll use a 7kg Bala beam throughout the class, but dumbbells can also be used as an alternative. The class includes 3 different circuits that will be repeated 3 times, with a cardio burst in between. Expect to work hard, have fun, and break a sweat!
MUSCLE FOCUS: Full-body with a big focus on arms, back and core.
EQUIPMENT: Mat and a Bala Beam or Dumbbells.
