INGREDIENTS
-- 4 cups water
-- 2 lemons
-- 1.5 thumb-sized piece ginger
ASSEMBLE
-- Bring water to a boil
-- Juice lemons and add liquid to a blender
-- Add ginger root to blender with lemon and 1/2 cup of boiled water
-- Blend until mixture is thoroughly combined
-- Pour through a tea strainer
-- Combine with the rest of the boiled water and enjoy
-- Makes two full servings
