Making Music to Enjoy – and Inspire A Manifesto for (FACT)

1. Why We Make Music

We make music because it gives pleasure. Because it moves bodies and minds. Because it turns moments into memories and strangers into communities. Enjoyment is not a side effect of our work—it is the starting point. If music does not delight, challenge, or move us, it has not yet done its job.

2. Enjoyment Is Serious Work

Joy is not shallow. Pleasure is not passive. Music that people truly enjoy is crafted with care, intention, and respect for the listener. At FACT, we treat enjoyment as a discipline: something earned through curiosity, experimentation, and attention to detail.

3. Inspiration Is a Responsibility

To inspire is to open doors—for new ideas, new voices, new futures. We believe music should spark imagination, confidence, and connection. Whether inspiring a first-time listener, a fellow artist, or the next generation, we accept inspiration as a responsibility, not an accident.
