When you have no desire to read the word... start with prayer. We often turn to find tricks, challenges and motivation to help us read the Word of God, but that can only keep us going for so long.
When we don't want to read the Bible, when we find it hard to wake up and read, when we struggle to create devotional time, when we feel sleepy when we read the Bible, when we can't understand what the Bible says, the best thing to do is to turn to God, pray, and ask for His help.
We are also limited in our abilities, power, and motivation. Reading the word of God is about love and a longing for God. He is here to help us develop that discipline and desire. God works in us to help us reach that place, so pray.
