How to Lose 24KG in 3 Months – Week 1 Weigh-In & Progress Update!
I’m officially one week into my 90-day weight loss challenge to drop 24KG by walking daily and cutting out junk food! Here’s my first weigh-in update :
✅ Calories burned: 6,400 kcal
✅ Total distance walked: 77.7KM
✅ Weight lost so far: 4.4KG! 🎉
I know some of this could be water weight, but I already feel lighter, healthier, and more energized! Walking 10KM a day has been easier than expected, especially since I’ve done it on and off before.
