🔍 Problem:
Check if each distinct value in the array has a unique occurrence count.
🧠 Approach Used:
1. Use unordered_map to count frequency of each number
2. Use unordered_set to check if all frequencies are unique
3. Compare sizes of map and set
⏱ Time Complexity: O(N)
💾 Space Complexity: O(N)
