In this video, we unpack the dark truth behind New York's Leaning Tower in South Seaport. The 161 Maiden Lane project was built by Fortis Property group as the peak of luxury real estate. However before the building would finish completion, it would claim a life and become a death trap to residents. As it stands, the building is currently leaning while construction is halted. All buyers have backed out while the Real Estate Development Group, Fortis, is stuck in legal battles with everyone. That includes their lenders, their builders, and their own lawyers. But all of it could have been prevented with one simple fix. A fix that we document fully in this story. This is the untold story of the leaning tower of New York, and the dark decisions that led us to this point.
