Southern 4501: Summerville Steam Special 10-6-2018

Here is our first solo video of the Southern 4501 and while it is long we hope you all enjoy the Chase from Tennessee Valley Railroad Museum to Summerville Georgia & Back! This was also the Southern 4501's 108th Birthday

After leaving Railfest Last year Set wanted to come back to Chattanooga to Chase a Summerville Excursion. And to be honest he originally thought of the Double Header at the end of October for the Fall Foliage. After the 261's fall excursions being pushed back And set having some vacation time Set decided to go to the Great Smoky Mountains to see the 1702 & of course to go chase the Southern 4501 solo! And honestly while i am sure when the Double Header happens it can get a little more tricky, set thought it was an easy chase. Ranging from Shots he got on the Charter to new angles at different spots Set did great! Set also met a few people that he followed to a few different spots he wasn't originally thinking about getting! And while Set had a great chase there was one shot he didn't get but will be getting it this weekend! Yes you read that right!

Well October was super busy and went by way to quickly! Last weekend set was out Chasing the Pere Marquette 1225 during the Curwood Highland Excursion. From 1702 to closing out the Month with the Double Header this weekend Set has had a great month but will be glad to have some R&R next weekend! Stay tuned , as there is still some adventures that will be happening before the end of the year.
