Mega Man Legends 1 - 3 Shining Laser Item Locations

In this upload I intended to demonstrate how to find the 3 items necessary for developing the shining laser, which is arguably one of the strongest weapons in the game if not the strongest. The 3 items are the x-buster, weapons plan, and the prism crystal which require some completion of specific side quests such as the Jim's gang mission and the Museum missions. After finding all 3 items have Roll develop you a brand new shining laser and spend some zenny to max that bad boy out! I also demonstrate how powerful the shining laser is by showing its use on Mega Man Juno (final boss).
