Polaris RZR 200 - Service Tutorial On The Top Three Maintenance Items

If you plan to service a Polaris RZR 200 EFI, this video will help. Chris walks us through an oil and oil filter change, a transmission fluid/gear lube change, and a chain swap out. As of 10-31-24 this video applies to all Polaris RZR 200 EFI models. The chapter markers are enabled for your convenience.

Oil Capacity: 40.5 oz. (1200 ml) Oil and filter model in video.

Transmission Fluid/Gear Lube: Approximately 25 oz. (750 ml) of Polaris AGL filled up to the fill plug hole.

Chain deflection measurement: A new chain should be between 3/16 inch and 13/32 inch (5–10mm). A broken in chain should be between 13/32 inch and 19/32 inch (10–15mm).

The top drive sprocket mentioned in the video is a 12 Tooth, Engine Drive Sprocket by BV Parts. It can be found on Amazon.
