📌 1. The Man Inside the Cabin
A man notices fresh footprints around his mountain cabin. The tracks stop right at the door. That night, he hears noises coming from inside. When the police arrive, they find someone who crawled in through the ventilation system and was hiding in the kitchen. The man claims his car broke down, but the meaningful look the officer gives him as he’s led out of the kitchen reveals the truth.

📌 2. Followed Home from the Gas Station
After encountering a strange customer at a gas station, an employee realizes the same car is following them on the way home. They lock themselves inside and call the police. The man appears at the door and says, “You’re alone inside.” He disappears as sirens approach and is never found.

📌 3. The Lantern Light in the Snowstorm
Someone staying in a mountain house begins to see a flashlight outside at night and notices footprints around the property. The light slowly gets closer and eventually slips in through the doorway. The next morning, a snowplow driver coldly explains, “People sometimes break into empty houses around here.”
