½ teaspoon Black pepper
1 teaspoon Dark soya sauce
1 teaspoon Grated Garlic
1 teaspoon Vinegar - 1 Tsp
1 Egg
1 tablespoon Breadcrumbs Regular or panko
1 tablespoon All purpose flour Maida - 1 Tbsp
1 teaspoon Rice flour
Oil For deep frying
