Ruins of the Roman Empire in Northern England (Hadrian's Wall) | History Traveler Episode 375

We're in northern England where the Romans once saw as the edge of their mighty empire. In order to protect themselves from the tribes on their northern border, a series of forts were built along the major roads and trade routes. We're taking a drive through some of the most beautiful country in England to explore some of the ruins of these forts of the Roman Empire.
