In this video, I hang out with the Runners Den Hamilton crew to get content for the new ASICS shoe line. Then I did a shakeout run before the Barrelman Half Distance Triathlon and shared a bit about how I’m feeling leading into race week. It was such a fun experience, and I can’t wait to do it again!
