Polar heart rate sensors | Recording an outdoor session with Polar Flow app

In this video we will show you how to record an outdoor training session with Polar Flow app. Flow app uses the phone's GPS to track your route, pace, and distance. By pairing a Polar heart rate sensor H10, H9 or Verity Sense, you can also see live heart rate and calories, and get feedback of the workout.
