PoE 3.17 - Crafting an Elevated Lightning Strike Helmet

In today's video, I'll be crafting a Lightning Strike Raider helmet. This is for my Omniscience Lightning Strike Raider build in PoE 3.17. The main mods we're looking for are crit multi and nearby enemies take 9% increased elemental damage.

Method:
1. Buy a pre-prepared Shaper helmet with Nearby Enemies take 6% Elemental Damage with a second influenced modifier

2. Buy a Blizzard Crown with no influence and an appropriate Enchant and use a Warlord's Exalted Orb to apply influence

3. Use an Orb of Dominance on the Shaper helmet to elevate the Nearby Elemental modifier (repeat until success)

4. On the Blizzard Crown, reforge critical with Harvest until you get T1 crit multi with a second influenced modifier. Once you have done this, use an Orb of Dominance to elevate the Crit Multi (repeat until success)

5. Apply an Awakener's Orb to the Shaper base and then click the Blizzard Crown. It should now have both the crit multi and 9% Nearby Elemental modifier

6. If you have an open suffix, you can lock suffixes and reforge Attack to Force either Accuracy or Accuracy Equal to Strength (this second mod isn't great if you're going Omniscience). Alternatively you can reforge Fire to force Fire Resistance which you can change with Harvest (or maybe you get lucky and hit -% Nearby Enemy Fire Resistance)

7. Once you are happy with your suffixes, lock suffixes and veiled Chaos and hope to unveil +2 Melee Strike Range craft.

7.5. If you want to go high-end, you can lock suffixes and reforge life until you get a high tier of life, then lock suffixes and Aisling and hope it removes "Suffixes Cannot be Changed" and adds a veiled modifier

8. Once you have unveiled the appropriate modifier, craft on Life and you're done! If you have an open prefix, you can use a Craicic Maw and Fenumal Scrabbler to add a random additional prefix to the item
